I am an aspiring screenwriter who caught the screenwriting bug later in life, starting my first screenplay at age 49. I've written three screenplays, Closure, Kill Button, and most recently Long Beach Island. I'm excited about Long Beach Island’s possibilities. While the plot and characters are fictionalized, the backdrop draws from my mother and grandmother surviving the Great Atlantic Hurricane of 1944. I'm particularly excited about the live table read of Long Beach Island at the Ojai Film Festival on November 5, 2023.
My wife Kerri and I have 3 awesome daughters, Megan, Madison, and Macy. We live in San Juan Capistrano, California. I’ve been an attorney for 25 years and am a partner at Rutan & Tucker, LLP in Irvine, California.
I enjoy writing the stories even if they never make it to the screen, although of course, I would LOVE for any of them to become a movie. If you find time to read any of my screenplays, I hope you enjoy them!
